Under the patronage of the President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Halool Mohammed, the College of Applied Medical Sciences organised, on the morning of Monday, 1 September 2025, a specialised training course on the (HEPIQ) and (SIS) programmes in the College's seminar hall. It was delivered by (Asst. Lect. Nour Al-Huda Mohammed Aziz).

The course provided a thorough explanation of how to use the HEPIQ programme for entering and updating the data of students studying abroad, and how to deal with the electronic system in a way that ensures the accuracy of information and easy access to it by official bodies.
The SIS programme for managing student affairs within the University was also reviewed, starting with the registration of new students, through the organisation of examination timetables and the management of grades, to
electronic archiving.
The course aimed to enhance participants' skills in dealing with these two programmes and to clarify how they are used on the academic and administrative sides, contributing to the development of institutional work and achieving the highest levels of performance efficiency.
