Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, made a field visit this morning, Monday, 1 September 2025, to the College of Education – Al-Dawaia to follow up on the conduct of the second-round examinations.
He was received by the Associate Dean, Lecturer Rahman Issa Safi, together with a number of teaching staff members and chairs of the examination committees.
The visit included a tour of the examination halls, during which he reviewed the level of organisation and the college's preparations and the extent of compliance with the approved ministerial instructions, in addition to identifying the needs of students and ensuring a suitable atmosphere for sitting the examinations.
Dr. Fadhil praised the great efforts made by the college deanship and the examination committees in preparing a suitable environment for students and providing the requirements needed to ensure the smooth running of the examination process and to meet the requirements of academic rigour.
This visit is part of the continuous follow-up pursued by the Presidency of the University of Shatrah to enhance the quality of academic performance and to observe first-hand the progress of the educational process in the colleges.
