Assistant President for Administrative Affairs Meets the President of the University of Thi-Qar to Strengthen Academic Cooperation between the Two Institutions

The Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar, visited the President of the University of Thi-Qar, Prof. Dr. Kamal Hamid Al-Yasiri, in his office today, Tuesday, 2 September 2025, in the presence of the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs of the University of Thi-Qar, Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Jaloud, to discuss prospects for academic cooperation between the two institutions.

During the meeting, ways of developing scientific partnerships and exchanging academic and administrative expertise were discussed, in a manner that contributes to improving educational programmes, supporting scientific research and serving the community.

In his speech, the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs affirmed the University's keenness to broaden the scope of cooperation with the University of Thi-Qar and other educational institutions in the governorate, stressing the importance of academic integration in raising the standard of higher education and its outcomes.
