On Tuesday, 7 April 2026, the ministerial committee charged with following up accreditation procedures made a field visit to the veterinary hospital and the veterinary clinics used for student training, as well as the police dog unit at the Police Command, in the presence of a number of fifth-year students.

During the tour, the committee was accompanied by the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdul-Aziz Salih Abdul-Aziz, Dr. Jaleel Abd Ghati, and the Director of the Veterinary Dispensary, Dr. Ali Hammoud.

The committee examined the veterinary services provided in the hospital and clinics and the mechanism of practical training for students, in addition to following up the applied programmes in the police dog unit, which contributes to strengthening professional skills and linking theory with practical application.

The tour also included an evaluation of the available resources and the extent of their conformity with academic accreditation standards, as part of supporting the quality of education and improving its outcomes.

This visit comes as part of the college's continuous efforts to meet quality and accreditation requirements and to raise the scientific and professional level of its students.
