Important Announcement: Applications for the Residence Halls

The University's Department of Residence Halls Affairs announces the launch of the link for applying to the residence halls via the link:-

Documents required for registration in the Al-Shatrah residence halls for the 2025-2026 academic year

1- Registration on the website at the link above

2- A medical examination confirming that the student is free of communicable and infectious diseases and of drug use.

3- A confirmation from the college confirming the student's continued attendance, stating that the study is morning study exclusively, together with the department, the stage and last year's result.

4- Required documents / National ID card + residence card + two photographs of the student

5- The guarantor must attend in person + the guarantor's ID + a confirmation from his/her department addressed to the Department of Residence Halls Affairs, University of Shatrah, or a retiree ID only without a confirmation letter

6- The female student's guardian (father, mother, elder brother, husband or paternal uncle) must attend; otherwise, the residence application will not be processed.

7- Residence fees of 30 thousand (IQD), paid by electronic payment.

8- A transparent file containing all the documents (very important)

9- Applications are submitted at the Department of Residence Halls Affairs in the University of Shatrah Presidency, ground floor, near Reception.
