The University of Shatrah, represented by the official of the Citizens Affairs Division, Professor Rabab Jabbar Sakhi, participated in the workshop organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the participation of officials of the Citizens Affairs Division in Iraqi universities, with the aim of developing work mechanisms and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
The workshop included discussion of a number of topics, the most important of which were developing the skills of workers in the Citizens Affairs Division, diagnosing the obstacles facing service provision, and discussing solutions to improve performance, as well as simplifying administrative procedures, activating electronic services, and enhancing coordination between the ministry and universities to unify work mechanisms and raise the level of services provided to citizens.
