Registration and Student Affairs Division

This division is concerned with everything relating to students, from their entry into the college until after graduation. The Registration Division is responsible for registering students, completing their files, preparing timetables for courses, drawing up lists of student names, preparing examination schedules, monitoring their regular attendance and discipline and their compliance with the instructions and the uniform, in addition to being responsible for student transfers to and from the college and the readmission of students whose enrolment has been cancelled. This process continues until the students graduate, when the administrative orders for their graduation are issued and they are then granted their graduation documents. The following is a presentation of the units of the Student Affairs and Registration Division and a summary of the work of each unit.
