نبذة

رئيس جامعة الشطرة منذ عام 2021، ورئيس لجنة تأسيسها. حاصل على الدكتوراه من جامعة تراقيا في بلغاريا عام 2012 بتقدير امتياز، والماجستير من كلية الطب البيطري بجامعة بغداد عام 2005، والبكالوريوس من كلية الطب البيطري بجامعة البصرة عام 1998. يعمل تدريسياً في كلية الطب البيطري منذ عام 2012، وشغل منصب معاون العميد ثم عميد الكلية وكالةً. تخصصه الوبائيات والأمراض المعدية والطب الوقائي، وله 43 بحثاً منشوراً، منها 10 بحوث في مجلات Scopus، وأشرف على عدد من رسائل الماجستير وأطاريح الدكتوراه.
