Scientific Workshop Entitled (Scientific Research Skills) at the College of Education for Girls
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah,
and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Girls, Prof. Dr. Afrah Abd Maktouf,
an in-person scientific workshop was held in the Discussion Hall of the College of Education for Girls on Wednesday 15 / 10 / 2025, entitled:
(Scientific Research Skills).
The workshop was presented by:
Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Khalid Hamid, Head of the Department of Qur'anic Sciences and Islamic Education in the College,
Asst. Prof. Dr. Kadhim Khudhair Kadhim,
Lecturer Dr. Khalid Raheem Bayish of the Department of Arabic Language.
The workshop addressed the methods and skills of writing scientific research for fourth-year students in the Department of Qur'anic Sciences and Islamic Education and the Department of Arabic Language, highlighting the main difficulties and obstacles facing researchers and the ways of addressing them.
The workshop was attended by the Dean, the Associate Deans, and a number of professors and students, and a fruitful scientific discussion took place on how to develop scientific research writing skills and raise the level of the students' academic performance, contributing to enhancing the quality of the College's research output.
