President of the University of Shatrah Congratulates His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education on Winning the Elections
The President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, extended his congratulations to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, on his victory in the elections, expressing his pride in this important national achievement.
The President of the University was accompanied at his meeting with His Excellency the Minister by the Scientific Assistant, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad.
In a speech during the meeting, the President of the University praised the Minister's reformist vision and sound academic and administrative experience, which have contributed to advancing the higher education sector and strengthening its standing among national institutions. He also affirmed that His Excellency's victory represents support for the process of institutional development and an incentive to continue working towards raising the standard of universities and scientific research in Iraq
At the close of his congratulations, he wished His Excellency the Minister further success in carrying out his duties and in supporting scientific progress in Iraq.
