In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
“And give glad tidings to the patient, who, when disaster strikes them, say: Indeed we belong to God, and indeed to Him we will return. Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy, and it is those who are the rightly guided.”
God the Most High, the Almighty, has spoken the truth
With hearts believing in God's decree and destiny, the Deanship of the College of Education for Girls / University of Shatrah, represented by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Afrah Abd Maktouf, the esteemed Associate Deans, and the College's teaching staff and employees, extends its sincere condolences and sympathy to Asst. Lect. Ali Talib Khayoun, faculty member in the Department of Kindergarten, on the death of his father, the writer and distinguished educator (Talib Khayoun Al-Zaidi), who passed away on Thursday, 1/1 /2026.
We ask God the Most High and Almighty to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy and pleasure, grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace; truly He is All-Hearing and Responsive.
May God have mercy on those who recite Surat Al-Fatiha for his good soul and the souls of the believing men and women.
Indeed we belong to God, and to Him we shall return.
