College of Education at Al-Dawaia Holds National Afforestation Day Activities
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah , and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education at Al-Dawaia, Prof. Dr. Safaa Hussein Ali , the college held National Afforestation Day activities on Thursday, 12 March 2026, under the slogan: (Together for a More Beautiful University Environment).
The event saw the participation of a number of teaching staff, employees and students, who planted a number of trees in the gardens and corridors of the college, in a step aimed at expanding green spaces and raising environmental awareness on the university campus.
